Hematology

The Department of Hematology conducts care for patients of all ages with blood and bone marrow diseases.

Examples of hematological diseases are acute and chronic leukemia, myeloma, lymphoma, polycytemia vera and myelodysplastic syndrome. Patients with other diseases, such as MS, are also treated here when stem cell transplantation is included in the treatment.

Our treatment methods and treatment outcomes are evaluated, quality controlled and undergo changes based on research.
