If you are unhappy with the care you received, you can give feedback or file a complaint. Start by contacting the clinic where you were treated. You should receive a response as soon as possible. You can also contact the Patient Advisory Committee (patientnämnden) for help, and in more serious cases, you may report your concerns to the Health and Social Care Inspectorate (IVO).
