We are part of the women’s healthcare services at Akademiska sjukhuset and provide specialised care for both acute and planned gynecological conditions. Our services include clinics for general gynecology, pelvic floor disorders, urinary incontinence, contraceptive counselling, and abortion care. We also have a Reproductive Centre offering investigation and treatment for infertility for those trying to conceive.

Our purpose and role
Our team includes several healthcare professions with extensive experience and specialist expertise. We investigate and treat a wide range of gynecological conditions and support family planning through counselling, assisted reproduction, abortion services, and sterilisation. We also provide surgical care, inpatient care, and hold regional responsibility for gynecological cancer care.
