Our services
The people who work with us have different professional categories: assistant nurse, music therapist, preschool teachers in play therapy, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, dietitians, psychologists, counsellors, special education teachers and speech therapists.
We work with all wards and clinics, so no matter what illness you have when you visit the hospital, you can get help from one of us. Contact with us is always via a doctor, so talk to your/your child's doctor if you have/your child has a need. You can read more about what else we can help you with under our respective wards.

Music therapy
At Uppsala University Children's Hospital, music therapy is offered to those who are hospitalised on two days a week. Patients cannot book music therapy themselves, contact is made through clinics. To get in touch with the music therapist as a care provider, please call 018-6175172. The music therapist is funded by the Music Buoy Foundation, which includes the Uppsala University Hospital Children's Fund as a contributor.
